As we are a small candle making studio we pride ourselves in offering a flexible and personalised service. We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, and should there be a problem of any kind we will endeavour to put it right as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
We normally despatch orders within 48 hours. If for any reason we are unable to achieve this we will contact customers by email to inform them of the despatch date. Our delivery prices are based upon the weight of items. Larger orders and commissions may be delivered by courier services, in which case arrangements will be confirmed in agreement with individual customers. Delivery costs can be seen during the checkout process.
Ordering
Please complete your order on this website by viewing the product pages and adding the desired products to your shopping cart. You can then progress to the ‘check out’ and follow the payment instructions. Once your order is complete you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you wish to make a special order or enquire about a commission or have any other enquiry please don’t hesitate to email us
Returns & Replacements
As we are a small candle making studio we pride ourselves in offering a flexible and personalised service. We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, however, for your extra peace of mind, all purchases are covered by our 14-day no quibble exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). This means items you purchase can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of the date you receive your items, provided they are returned in a new and unused condition, and in suitable packaging. In the event that your order is damaged in transit please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order and return the damaged items with original packaging if possible. Unfortunately, The Wax Studio cannot refund postage unless the item being returned is faulty.
Privacy Policy
The Wax Studio takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties, and we do not store your payment card or other financial details. When you open an account with us, we retain your name, address, email address and phone number in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may occasionally send you information about special offers or news by email. There will always be an easy option to be removed from our email circulation list if you wish. (You have the right to request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998)
